Fundamental Principles

After realizing the need in the Southwest for a professional independent installation group Jeremy set out to build a team to serve the markets. OTLI now prides itself on maintaining a very professional, experienced, communicative, and respectful crew with a positive attitude that has helped us maintain old relationships and develop new and lasting relationships.

When working on jobsites with multiple crews from multiple companies we often get complimented for our differentiation in our appearance, professionalism, and speed at which we are able to complete our tasks. These are the fundamental principles we strive for on each and every project and are the foundation for our success.

Founded by Jeremy Pitts

On The Level Installations LLC was founded by Jeremy Pitts after 13 years of working in many different aspects of the Contract Office Furnishings industry. In his  years in the business Jeremy has served in a variety of roles including Installer, Order Fulfillment Manager, Project Manager, Branch Manager, and Director of Operations for multiple office furniture dealerships. These include Herman Miller, HON, Kimball, Knoll, OFUSA and Allsteel dealerships and independent installation groups in several markets.

His broad range of experience in the business enables him to understand and plan for the challenges at each level involved in project work both large and small and ensure the most effective and efficient installations for his clients. Training up installers and others in the business to understand the principles of and thus be able to execute the high level of service his clients have come to know is a passion.
